It's been great getting started with Casey. We've been doing Pilates sessions for 4-6 weeks just before 7am over zoom (which really suits me). I'm doing this alongside diet, which Casey's also helped to give some helpful ideas / guidance on. At the age of 50, and after 2 years in lockdown sitting long hours at my desk and gaining quite a lot of weight, my body was in a terrible state and I was worried. I had never had a personal trainer before so I was a bit unsure what to expect but I honestly feel Casey has saved me! Casey has pushed me hard in our weekly 1:1’s and four months down the line I am feeling better than I have in years. Casey is an expert at what she does. Having never tried Pilates before, Casey Jay’s classes were a fun and friendly way to learn Pilates techniques and experience the many health benefits. Personally, I valued the quick improvements to my strength, mobility, and mental health. I have sometimes felt intimidated and anxious in fitness settings but Casey is wonderfully patient and supportive throughout the sessions.
I took Casey’s classes from NZ during lockdown numero uno. The regular meeting times with a real life trainer made me accountable. I can’t recommend these classes enough, they are worth every penny.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Having lived in three different countries, starting my own Online Business allows me to interact and access clients, friends and family from ANYWHERE in the world. I love the flexibility and the capacity to reach all my favourite humans.

A nickname from previous and current clients/colleagues has been the "Velvet Sledgehammer". Sweet but firm. We will have a great time together but also know that I am your coach and am here to help hold you accountable and help you reach those goals. Remember consistency and hard work is key.

1:1 Online Personal Training £60 p/session
Join Casey for 1:1 Online Personal Training.
This option is for clients who need extra help in injury prevention, technique, rehab, motivation and accountability. Sessions are personalised to the clients goals, current fitness levels and lifestyle. Sessions are conducted 1:1 via Zoom. Sessions are 45mins long and are held twice a week.
Clients receive workout programs and specific nutrition advice.
