Meeting my clients for the first time and hearing their story- no one is the same, and I love that.

I've worked for myself for over 10 years and just could not imagine doing anything else. It drives me to do my best for myself, clients and my loved ones.

I believe that I can provide an respectful, honest and kind approach towards my sessions. I really believe in cancelling out the stigma attached to therapy, and cutting out the nonsense that no-one really understands, let's be real. I also love to have fun and laugh with my clients and I am not afraid to get creative if that's what is needed in our therapy sessions.

Yes I am currently offering session online- either via zoom, Whatsapp or Google Meet. A link and arrangements are made prior via email or phone communications.

A lot of my sessions are online providing safety and comfort for my clients.

Services

Ongoing support for a variety of issues, from sleep problems, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, confidence issues and depression. We use a pluralistic approach which means we are guided by you, we find the tools most suited for you and the challenges that you are facing to get the best outcome. This could include CBT, Psychodynamic counselling, Gestalt or Person centred, but lets be honest that all sounds very technical. The important thing to remember is we work WITH you, however that looks we will find the tools best for youtogether to address whatever it is facing and find a way ahead.

Our hypnotherapy sessions offer a unique approach to personal development and healing through guided relaxation and focused attention. During a typical session, our certified hypnotherapist will work closely with you to create a comfortable and safe environment, allowing you to feel at ease and open to exploration.

Session Overview:

Initial Consultation: We start with a brief discussion to understand your goals and any concerns you may have. This helps tailor the session to your specific needs.

First session: Induction Phase: You will be guided into a relaxed state through various techniques, such as deep breathing and visual imagery. This trance-like state allows you to access your subconscious mind more easily.

Therapeutic Suggestions: In this deeply relaxed state, positive and constructive suggestions are made to address your specific issues, whether it be managing anxiety, overcoming phobias, enhancing confidence, or breaking unwanted habits.

Exploration and Insight: Together, we may delve into past experiences or emotions that could be contributing to your current challenges, gaining insights that facilitate healing and understanding.

Awakening: After the therapeutic suggestions, you will be gently brought back to full awareness, usually feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. A discussion will follow to reflect on the experience and any insights gained.

Follow-Up: We will schedule follow-up sessions as needed to continue the healing process and reinforce the positive changes initiated during the hypnotherapy.
