Additionally, we have collaborated with the Home First Scheme, Integrated Care Board and provided specialist services within Live In Care and Support, this was a pathway of Care in our clients own homes, enabling assessments to commence at home instead of spending weeks in hospital, in turn relieving the local hospitals.
