Building connections between myself and my clients and their employees is very rewarding. I have a real passion for HR and I pride myself on being solutions focused with a balanced approach to managing difficult situations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been in a dedicated HR role for 14 years, both in-house and in consultancies, I had already decided that outsourced HR is the way forward for me. Starting my own business was the natural progression and I am thoroughly enjoying the journey so far!

We offer all of our services remotely and online using our HR system in the cloud and a variety of platforms for managing 121, group meetings and training workshops via Zoom or Teams.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During the pandemic, we have been fortunate enough to be able to support our clients seamlessly via remote means.
However, where a client feels face to face support is necessary, we will asses the case and follow all government guidance when joining you onsite and adhere to the strict rules laid out by your organisation.
