What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We ensure we follow all up to date guidelines on prevention of infection and follow correct hand hygiene. We also supply our care staff with the appropriate PPE.

Intimate personal care (full assistance with washing and oral hygiene)

Overnight Care
Wakened Night shift staff member awake all night to meet the needs of the person.
Sleepover when the staff member is allocated a bed\ room to sleep and can get up coupe of times but not expected to be awake all night.
