I have just returned from ‘The Chill Out Centre’ my favourite place to go to, when I need to be de-stressed by totally relaxing my body and mind. I see Amanda G every few months, for a 45min Reiki session. When the session ends, I feel as if I have woken from a deep sleep and the rest of the day I take things slow instead of going at a hundred miles an hour and my brain isn’t constantly thinking what to do next, where to go, who to see etc. If you have never been there or tried Reiki and feel you need some peace in mind and body, then trust Amanda and give it a go. I found this little hidden gem a few months ago. Amanda is so welcoming and puts you at ease immediately. I’ve now experienced reflexology, a facial and waxing with Amanda and truly believe I have found my treatment therapist for life! I have also attended a ‘Sound Bath’ with Colin which was pure heaven. Can’t recommend this wonderful, skilled and caring lady enough. I suffer from bad anxiety and insomnia and her Indian head massages have helped me a lot.
