Being a canny tyoe, when I wanted some pigeon proofing on my solar panels I shopped around. I thought I had a good price, from a National company, and arranged a time and date. I was let down twice as the 'local man' had taken leave! I then contacted a small local pest controller, who was too busy, but advised me to contact Zake Mason at The bristol pest Controller, who he highly recommended. We called Zake at 9:30pm after seeing and cornering a mouse in our lounge. We called a number of people advertising their services as 24/7 but Zake was the only one who both answered the phone and was willing to come out. He was with us in 20 minutes. Fantastic response time after I messaged on a Saturday evening. The very next day our rat problem was being sorted. Even a call in the middle of the night wasn't too much to ask as within the hour they were back to help! 3 nights later and we are rat free along with our entry points cemented up. Fantastic service from Zake last week. He responded straight away to my message, came over to my property the next day and dealt with a wasp nest in my guttering/roof space quickly and efficiently.
