My 13 year old daughter has been working with Steven for the last 6 months on general strength and conditioning work. She was getting regular injuries and the goal was to make her stronger and keep her on court/ the field as much as possible. The sessions have been loads of fun and my daughter looks forward to going. She is now very comfortable in a gym setting and Steven has made the sessions varied and relevant to the sports she plays. We are extremely pleased with the work done to date. She can feel the improvement in her strength and muscle build through weights and plyometric exercises and is more confident psychologically too in relation to the injuries she had previously. Been with Steve since lockdown. I lack the self-discipline to make progress alone in the gym. Struggled with many niggling injuries (knee, back, shoulder) due to years of misuse and sedentary office-based work.
Steve has transformed my health, body shape, and lifelong approach to training and fitness (no longer a fad). I’m 49 and fitter now than 20yrs ago. He’s built my fitness so sciatica is no longer a recurring issue. My bad knee is now supported by much stronger muscles ie no bad knee anymore.
After 3yrs he still consistently introduces new stuff all the time - I like doing zero thinking and just doing what I’m told, and being subtly pushed even when I’m having a moaning day. I don’t have to think about getting fit anymore. And I no longer bail out because I can’t be arsed/too busy (a recurring theme re gym visits/ anything fitness related requiring self-discipline).
Steve deeply understands the sports science and applies it for your individual needs.

We set small attainable goals that require small subtle changes. Over time these little changes will show a big difference both physically and mentally.
