I called Thanet Locksmiths after calling multiple numbers with nobody available. Ian attend within 30 minutes and immediately understood the issue and got to work. He tried his best to pick the lock without damaging it but when this proved impossible him managed to drill the lock and gain entry for me quickly. Ian at Thanet Locksmiths is the genuine article. A real local (emergency) locksmith, who is prompt (20 minutes), courteous and realistically priced (£120 for us - late on a Saturday night). What I love most about my job is the direct impact I have on people's peace of mind.
