What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by my years working in health and social care, where I saw how personalised, compassionate support can transform lives. I wanted to create a service that truly puts people first – where care is not just a task, but a way to help individuals feel respected, included, and empowered every day. Starting Tender Caregivers gave me the chance to make this vision a reality for families in our community.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We take our clients’ safety very seriously. Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, Tender Homecare - Wirral introduced strict infection control measures, including enhanced PPE use, regular testing of staff, and thorough cleaning protocols before and after visits.
Our PAs carers are fully trained in infection prevention, and we continue to follow the latest government and public health guidance to protect our clients, their families, and our team.
