What do you love most about your job?
The transformation! Knowing the next tenant is going to be able to move into a beautiful and clean home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Over the past few years, I’ve seen so many friends and family members move into rental properties that were dirty, poorly maintained, or just not ready to feel like home. Moving is already stressful — and no one should have to scrub someone else’s mess or paint over scuffed walls on day one.
I realised I had the skills to make a difference.
With my background in painting and decorating, general property maintenance skills and unhealthy obsession with cleaning, I set up Tenant Turnover — an all-in-one service designed to help busy landlords get their properties market-ready quickly and to a high standard.
I take pride in helping renters walk into a clean, fresh, well-presented space they can feel good about. Because first impressions really do matter.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I typically work in vacant properties where the tenants have already moved out. The products I use are disinfectants, anti-viral or anti-bacterial.
