We had several meetings with Paul Tait to consider the possibility of entering into a Retirement Interest Only mortgage to help one of our children with a deposit to buy a property. Paul could not have been more helpful in providing a number of different options available to us and he talked us though each one in detail. Nothing but high priases, couldn't recommend these guys more, found them in a panic after a mortgage fell through risking me loosing the house I was in the process of buying and wish I'd found tembo first time around, Paul helped me find a mortgage in no time meaning I did not loose the property and worked extremely fast and efficient. Having consulted other brokers for advice, what was most striking about Paul was that he listened and took note of the information I was giving him. Unlike other brokers who appeared always to be on transmit mode, Paul listened and asked questions. I did not receive the impression that his only objective was to sell me a single product more profitable to him than to me, but to provide me with useful, relevant information on which to make an informed decision.
