Had confirmed they would come today to build my daughters bed. I requested this to be done by 7pm and it was agreed.
I received a call at 3pm today to say they are tied up with a job and cannot come until tomorrow.
I had taken my daughters cot down in preparation an hour before.
Had i not managed to make the bed myself after being let down so last minute, my daughter would not have a bed to sleep in.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. We had a 3 seater recliner sofa delivered and we didn't think it would get into my sister's maisonnette but they ensured it did by spending the time to take it apart to get it in. We had to use them at short notice and they accommodated us to do the collection which wasn't local. I fully recommend their services. Brilliant service. More...

Excellent! I needed a man with a van and started to fill in the forms for an online quote. Tazz came back to me immediately and was able to offer same day service to take our old sofa and chairs to a friend. First class comms all the way and the guys were so helpful at the delivery address, manoeuvring the furniture inside and some of it upstairs. Excellent value snd a really nice experience. More...
