I asked Charlotte from Taylor Investigations to research my partner, Kevin's family tree. I knew it would be a challenge as Kevin's father was adopted, but quickly realised that Charlotte and her team love a challenge! We were blown away at the amount of information that was supplied, all beautifully presented in a bound document, together with some scrolls of both sides of his family tree. Going back 4 generations to the early 1800s was a complete eye-opener, discovering that one of his ancestors died at sea, others we discovered served in WW1. A lot of the information supplied was not available using the usual on-line Ancestry-type sites, so crucially, we now have an accurate basis to research further using these resources if we wish. I cannot fault the work of Taylor Investigations.

We had a debt owed to us from a very awkward customer from 2016. The debt was rather complex and to be honest I thought it was going to take years and a lot of legal fees to sort out. Our debtor always refused to meet up to discuss the matter, always saying we couldn't touch them.

We had employed the usual debt collection companies who to be honest seemed very tame in their approach towards our debtor.

Then I met Charlotte from Taylor investigations.

The whole process took no longer than around 4 weeks from start to finish.

I met our debtor in person 2 days ago, taking with me a large pile of paperwork to provide evidence of the amount he owed us. It quickly became apparent this evidence was not required.

He suggested we settle there and then and we do not carry on with the process any further. He definitely made this decision thanks to the work of Taylor Investigations.

Going to be a great Christmas for me thanks to being paid out for the debt. Looks like I will be ordering the big pudding �
