Full Management Service
10% of each months rent and a setup fee of £275 for each new tenancy
We will handle every step of the process for you; from valuation, marketing the property, setting up the tenancy, to day-to day management of maintenance and any finance in relation to the property.
As well as handling the above, we will also endeavour to keep an eye on all the little jobs which may slip your mind including annual rent reviews, renewal of tenancy agreements and ensuring the property complies with ever- changing legislation.
Ideal for landlords who are looking to have a hands-off approach and prefer a third party to deal with any issues or concerns which arise from the tenancy.
Unlike some other agencies, we don't charge anything additional for schedule of conditions, registration of the security deposit or the initial tenancy agreement.
Tenant Find Only Service
Our tenant find fee is structured slightly differently to traditional agencies and we offer three levels of service for a fixed fee, regardless of the level of rent. Depending on which combination of services required the fees are as follows:
Bronze - £250
Silver - £350
Gold - £475

Alternatively, if you would like us to just list your property on the online portals then this can be done for a one off fee if £50. We also offer bespoke quotes for landlords who would like an alternative selection of services than the ones offered.
