I am a UKCP registered Psychotherapist in training, offering low cost Psychotherapy to adults in Frome. I provide a person centred; integrative approach drawing from different therapeutic approaches to meet your needs. Together we can explore the emotions arising in you, giving you the opportunity to talk, reflect on, and explore your life and the experiences you are going through. Looking at deeply ingrained patterns of relating and underlying issues and experiences, helping you to gain a greater awareness of how this may contribute to your present difficulties. Together we can find your way forward.
I believe in working collaboratively and building a sense of trust and safety between us. I enter each therapeutic relationship with interest and care. I aim to offer help in addressing the difficult areas of your life with respect and in a non-judgemental space.

I am in my fourth year of training at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC), studying towards a Masters in Psychotherapy. I also hold a Foundation Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy from BCPC.
