Tace Healthcare is a provider of Care at home services. We provide person-centered care that promotes independence, dignity and well-being. Our services include all aspects of personal care such as assisting with showers, bathing, washing and dressing. We also assist with meal preparation and feeding, medication, shopping and cleaning.
Our services include but not limited to :- Long term care. Live-in care, Respite care , companionship and Palliative care.
