How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Its should have addequate head room.
It should also be on good foundation ground.
The structure should be strong to begin with.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Theres DPM involved all wall areas should have dpm, insulation and water tight.
Should have windows, doors.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
They should have good height from ceiling joist to ridge beam to begin with around 2.5m is a good sign how ever some roofs can be made higher or ceilings can be made to go lower to gain the height needed.

Must get planning permissions and pay for inspection visits 5/5 comes in 5 different stages to make sure the builder is following regulation rules through out the build and the workmanship is good.
How long have you been in business?
Since i left college in 2016.
I left college worked along side another builder for 3yrs experience.
Then i got so good for my self and went and worked for my self.
What guarantee does your work come with?
It depends what type of works have been carried out to gain a guarantee such as a roof instantly gets a guarantee where as an interior door for example would not come with guarantee.
What do you love most about your job?
I love perfection there is nothing better leaving a job and knowing you did a good job i alsonlive knowing i gain some sort of skill after every other job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by working jobs of which i jad a boss and no longer wanted to work for other people i wanted to become successful for my self.
Why should our clients choose you?
I dont leave a job unless its in perfevt condition and im always sure to make the customer involved throughout.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I dont beleive in covid. These are my beliefs but if the customer wanted us to use face mask we would also respect their wish.
