What do you love most about your job?
I know how lonely it can be at the top and I am passionate about helping individuals lead with authenticity. So helping people think clearly again when work feels heavy or overwhelming. I enjoy supporting leaders and professionals to build confidence, strengthen their communication and handle pressure better so they can perform well at work and feel more in control of their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After navigating a period of intense personal and professional pressure, including a serious health diagnosis while running a business and leading a family through change, I learned first-hand how important resilience, clear thinking and strong self-leadership are. That experience led me to qualify as a life and business coach and support others to lead themselves and their work with greater confidence, clarity and balance.
