How long have you been in business?
Since 1994, SureCare has been delivering services to people in the comfort of their own homes. Starting from humble beginnings operating in and around the city of Chester, our services have spread across the country over three decades thanks to the hard work and dedication of our licensed franchise operators nationwide.
SureCare Southend is a franchise of SureCare Community Services Limited owned and operated by Integrated Smile Care Ltd which opened their office in Southend in April 2024.

What we love the most about our job is the opportunity to make a positive difference in people’s lives every single day. Supporting individuals to live comfortably, maintain their independence, and feel valued is incredibly rewarding.
It’s the little moments—seeing a smile, hearing a heartfelt thank you, or knowing I’ve helped someone —that truly make this work so fulfilling. Building genuine relationships with our customers and their families is another aspect we cherish, as it allows us to understand their unique needs and provide personalised support.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The Directors are both successful businessmen, having worked in a diverse range of industries. After one of the directors took on the responsibility of caring for an elderly relative living with dementia, he focused on a career in care to support the local community in his home country of Nigeria. Working in care, he developed an unwavering commitment to supporting others with compassion and integrity.
Relocating to the UK, he drew upon his previous experiences in business and in care to launch SureCare Southend.
