How long have you been in business?
We are a new service and have been in business for 1 year
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
All equipment and supplies are provided by the client and are kept in their homes.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a professional Home Care service giving clients the care, kindness and support they not only want but also deserve. Aside from personal care we also deliver home help. For the more independent individual we will go shopping, do housekeeping, gardening and companionship. We will go for walks with people and will help them engage in social activities. If you would like to go out or meet up with friends then we are more than happy to sit with the client so you don't need to worry about them.

As a Home Care provider all services are provided with the clients own home.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
SureCare Morecambe makes sure that all staff use PPE whilst delivering care. Covid checks are made if staff start to get systems and regular checks are made with the clients we support. Handwashing takes place before and after supporting a client and we make sure that areas are cleaned regularly.
Homecare
Personal Care, Medication Support, Bathing and Showering, Meal preparation, Toilet and Incontinence Care, Companionship, Holiday and Respite Services, we can also provide 24 hour live-in Care, long term ad-hoc care (24 hour home care for a fixed period), respite care (short term care to provide relief usually for an unpaid family carer), Day care (sessions range from one hour upwards) and Night Care (Sleep in and waking night services).

Transport
We will take clients to appointments and advocate on their behalf so they fully understand the situation and can make informed decisions/choices about their care/ treatment.
childcare services
Staff will be able to babysit your children if you have an appointment or wish to go our for a few hours.
Domestic Cleaning
Staff will be able to take over your cleaning duties ie cleaning and tidy, Laundry and ironing and help in the kitchen if needed.
Gardening
We will help with mowing the lawn, clearing rubbish, digging up weeds and the general care of your garden.
