I couldn't recommend SureCare more. Very professional, detailed, orientated service. Firstly, I met with Rameeza at my home, which l found very reassuring as I've had a few bad experiences with cleaners in the past, not doing a thorough job. Which is obviously essential. Then a dedicated dbs checked cleaner came to carry out the cleaning service. She did a rigourus clean. Even asking if there was anything else I needed doing. I was very impressed with the lady. She was respectful, too. Then, on top of all of that, Rameeza came and did a spot check, which l can honestly say goes above and beyond. As I previously mentioned l am nervous booking cleaners, turn up when they want and do as little as they can so they can fit in more jobs and its not ok when you're spending money to have a clean home. This is a bonfined business and ran like one. From the second I talked to SureCare I knew I was in excellent hands. Also, if I ever did feel disappointed with the service provided, I know SureCare would go above and beyond to remedy it. That's what they do they provide a high-level service at a very reasonable price. The commitment to this is apparent immediately. Rameeza is so amenable and easy to communicate with. if you use any of their services, you will not be disappointed you're in excellent hands. More...
