Our Health Care Assistants are DBS checked and trained. Proper referencing has also been done for them. Our staff have received training in first aid awareness, health & safety, infection control, manual handling, equality and diversity, work in a person-centred way, communication, privacy and dignity, fluids and nutrition, medication administration, awareness of mental health, dementia and learning disabilities, safeguarding adults/safeguarding Children, handling Information.
