I feel my home is in safe hands. The staff I have met have been very friendly and professional. It would have been 5 stars but the cleaner wasn't able to do her best work due to my equipment. I have ordered a new vacuum cleaner and a few other things I didn't realise had been thrown away while work was being done on the house. So I am sure next time it will be 5 stars. SureCare has been in business for over 30 years, we have opened a new office in Gateshead.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
No we do not supply our staff with equipment or supplies, this must be provided by the client, and any electrical equipment that the client wants the staff to use must be in good order and maintained by the client for the safety of the staff and the client.
What do you love most about your job?
The range of home services that we can offer, which is inspired by continued feedback from our clients, their families and friends.
What inspired you to start your own business?
There is a shortfall nationally for good home and care services designed with the client in mind, to help people remain in their own home for as long as they want to. We hope to remedy this in anyway we can. We want to be recognised as the leading trusted provider of high quality care and support services to those in need of help and care for any reason

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We supply ALL PPE, gloves, aprons as a basic, we also hold masks for the members of staff who want to use them or clients that want their staff to use them.
