What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
When providing personal care which requires staff to be in direct contact with the
client(s) (e.g. touching) OR you are within two metres of anyone in the household who is coughing. Staff should use:
Disposable gloves.
Disposable plastic apron.
Fluid-repellent surgical mask.
Eye protection may be needed with some clients but not all
We ensure that staff have:
• Been trained in the proper use and on donning and doffing PPE
• Instructed to only use each PPE item once.
• Instructed to change PPE between different care tasks for one person.
• Instructed to change PPE between care tasks for different people.
• Instructed to remove PPE immediately and dispose of used items correctly.
• Instructed to practice hand hygiene and extend to exposed forearms after removing any element of PPE.
DOMICILIARY CARE
Superior Healthcare, provide home care in which trained caregiver visits you in your own home to provide assistance with activities of daily living be it for the elderly, disabled persons, or individuals recovering from an illness or injury who require help with tasks such as bathing, dressing, medication management, meal preparation, and transportation.
We provide well trained professionals and our goal is to enable individuals to remain living independently in their own homes for as long as possible, while maintaining a high quality of life.
RESPITE CARE
Our respite care packages are designed to provide a short-term form of care temporary relief to primary caregivers who are responsible for the care of an elderly or disabled individual, or an individual with special needs. We provide this in a variety of settings, including the individual’s home, a care center, or a residential facility.
Our primary goal is to give caregivers a break from their caregiving responsibilities, which can be physically and emotionally demanding. This break can help caregivers to rest and recharge, reducing the risk of burnout and enabling them to provide better care over the long term.
Included in our package is companionship, personal care, or medical assistance to the your loved ones. We may also provide this in form or temporary live-in care.

LIVE-IN CARE
