Bright, friendly, tremendously energetic, supportive and helpful. Happy to follow a plan or take initiative, they turn their hands to everything I ask, including dish washing, laundry, dog walking, bathrooms, floors, windows and spring cleaning. They’ve emptied bins they find full, scrubbed carpet marks, even snaked my bath drain when it started draining slowly. They work till they’re finished what they’ve planned and don’t watch the clock. I looked for a cleaner because I have been ill and struggling to go back to work and I don’t think I could have coped without them and their undercurrent of kindness. Cannot recommend highly enough.
