Hi George, i have not yet heard from you and am still waiting for you to return my deposit if £50 asap. In my experience i have never come across any cleaning company who have acted as unprofessionally before and am disappointed with how your representatives left my property. As you are aware I gave you a full description of the size of the property so was surprised and frustrated by your colleagues comments and swift departure. They were very good, polite and worked extremely hard, happy with the end result.

The owner of the company George said him and his brother only worked in the company, he will come and do the cleaning and asked me to pay £50 deposit. I have paid. He sent two others to do the job. I have explained to George newly refurbished house, everything new, only dust cleaning. They haven’t clean my house and he doesn’t want to return my deposit as well. The answer he gave me the house is too big. I have told him 5 bedroom and 4 bathrooms. I asked him to return my deposit he replied his petrol cost even he hasn’t come to my house. I was desperate to get an end of tenancy clean & everything appeared good when I left the property.

Fantastic job done, and flexible to work around our ever changing schedule , which is super helpful when organising the end of a tenancy!

very unpleasent experience to use Sunny. Used a low price to you paid deposit, then they visited the house and raised a higher price(50% more) to force you to pay. and if you cancel the service, they asked you to follow the cancellation terms.
Such a company can survive and get good review, that's something surprised me.
Be aware of this kind of trap!!! this is my advice. More...

Wouldn't hire them again. It was the first time I hired SunnyClean and I must say I am disappointed. They skip cleaning most of the wardrobe shelves, skirting boards and switches. They spent 3 hours cleaning my kitchen but the cooker frame is still greasy on the botttom side. I had included the carpet shampoo cleaning service and that too turned out to be of poor quality. Even the dust in the carpets was not properly vacuum cleaned.

The chemicals that they used on my wooden worktop in the kitchen has left permanent stains. Also, they were not careful enough while cleaning my kitchen shelves. They have left water dripping marks from my shelves on the white wall. I was told both of these will dry up and there will be no marks left, but that wasn't the case.

They charge you less than most of the other end of tenancy cleaning services out there in the market but the quality of service is inline with their price. Once they have done their cleaning you need to be like a checkout clerk and inspect each and every part of the house. More...

Very flexible approach agreeing to work around tenant. Cleaning good especially in bathroom, kitchen and larger equipment ie fridge and cooker etc, although a little more attention to detail would have been nice ie cleaning of mirrors, and cleaning under TV, bins etc.

Excellent job done. Very professional and communication was brilliant. The property had mould issues and they did a fantastic job cleaning off the mould and the landlord was very impressed. Prompt excellent service With only 48 hour notice, gave them the wrong address, at first but was rectified quickly. Challenging to clean a house as one family leaves and another arrives. Not an ideal situation but they managed and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend.

We’ve been worried on the cleanliness condition of the rented flat but they were able to return it to an almost immaculate state.
They were also very proactive as they were the very first to give us a call after posting the request on Bark. Communication was not a problem and the quote was very appropriate.

When we sent them the contact details to arrange the replacement, they disappeared. They do not answer emails and calls and we can't find him to discuss. We have sent a letter and apparently the address they provide is not a real one, as we received the letter as the recipient does no longer live there. We now have to take legal actions as we should, due to this irresponsibility and unprofessionalism. Our landlady got involved and they still behave the same, it's been over a month now and they have now responded to us to inform us that the solicitor is looking at it. They are a joke. I would never use this company again and I wouldn't recommend as they are not reliable and trustworthy (regardless if they say 48 hours guarantee for re-clean or report any issues). More...

Everything was on time. Landlords were satisfied with the quality of cleaning. We had 5 indoor cats in the flat, and they were able to clean everything well.
