Very quick, polite and friendly response. Very happy with our end of tenancy cleaning results. Highly recommended.

The agreed time for the clean was pushed back twice and then they were an hour late. They were friendly and did a great job with the floors and kitchen but missed the skirting boards in the lounge and dust on some of the surfaces. Quick and effective service, happy with the results

I asked for a full deep clean and although i was happy with the carpets and lounge, dinner and stairs cleaned i felt attention to detail was missing in the kitchen and bathrooms, jovi was very apologetic and sent someone back after our holiday to complete a house clean, however, cleaner was called away, stating jovi had told her she had spent enought time cleaning our home. The lounge and dinner were left uncleaned, but jovi was not interested in that, just that his cleaner had done too many hours here, thats not our fault, the cleaner Donna was very efficient and cleaned the kitchen, utility, showeroom and bathroom, i told her she didnt need to do the bedrooms, but i expected my lounge diner to cleaned, so hats off to jovi, thanks for offering a 2nd service which is below a customers satisfaction AGAIN More...

I was very happy with the company’s work. All happened exactly as agreed beforehand and the work carried out, thank you.

The firm provided a quote which was acceptable although could not commit a date. When I asked for a date he was professional arrived to time and results excellent and drying not too long overall excellent.

Very poor cleaning. Hired for an end of tenancy clean, left hairs on the carpets, didn't clean the oven, shower was not cleaned. Dust left on high places, no attention to details cleaning. I was requested photos of bathroom and kitchen which I send but got told I didn't send pictures of the house (not requested). Told a price initially and was more which we paid but I would have expected to have a better job done if I had to pay more, which could have been agreed if needed on site. Might suggest a house visit before so there are no excuses on the day of the cleaning. More...
