Hired the guys to submit a Building Warrant application to remove a wall. Joe was my main point of contact and was extremely helpful. He spent time with me running through the process and answering any questions I had. It was not very difficult to get a hold of him. There was at one point where I felt things were running a bit slow and was getting a bit annoyed. But that was because he was being thorough with his calculation, and making sure everything was accounted for.
