What inspired you to start your own business?
I was just tired of seeing fake coaching everywhere. People with no real experience in the ring—or even consistent training—selling programs like they’re experts. It felt wrong. At Styrk, both George and I are actual coaches. We’ve done the work, we live the lifestyle, and we know how to get results the right way.
That’s why I started this. I wanted to help people with proper guidance—no shortcuts, no pretending. Just solid training, real support, and a plan that fits their goals.
For me, it’s about giving people confidence—whether they’re aiming for their first fight or just want to feel more confident walking around day to day.
