Please avoid this company, my driveway is a disgrace, the resin has broken up within 4 months . The 10 year guarantee stands for absolutely nothing and is not worth the paper it is written on, Jason has refused to come back to repair the driveway and said he no longer is involved with the company, which is a lie. . my advise would be Do Not Use This Company . When they first visit they couldn’t be nicer , however once the job is done they do not want to come back to rectify any problems. when I first contacted Jason to advise him that the resin was dissolving and the concrete exposed, he said if I paid for the stone he would arrange for Dean to come back and rectify, however I refused to pay for the stone as I had a 10 year guarantee and the drive had only been laid for 4 months. That’s when things went down hill and after 12 months of trying to contact SRD and sending messages to no avail I am left with a driveway that looks worse than before and it’s getting worse by the month .. it’s a real embarrassment as my neighbours kept asking me when are they coming back to rectify your drive., I am totally disgusted after saving to have my driveway done for a few years and ending up with it in such a mess with no response from SRD , I wish I had gone to one of the other companies that quoted and I am sure they would of done a better job or at least had the common decency to rectify this disgraceful workmanship that I am left with everyday . Friendly Manager and clean workmen. Lee and Jon answered all of my questions and worked very hard in the extremely hot weather. I am over the moon and my grandchildren love playing in the new play room. I enjoy eating my breakfast looking at the garden and sit in my lovely conservatory all day and evening.
