Stewart’s Property Development & Maintenance

We recently had a 2 story extension built by the Stewart builders. Not only did they initially provide a very competitive quote but the work from start to finish has been 5 star. All of the team are friendly & professional & Rodgen is always on hand to answer questions. We were so happy with the build & service we also asked Stewarts to supply & fit our new flooring, carpets & bathrooms plus complete all tiling & painting & decorating. Everything has been done to a great standard, in a reasonable time frame & for a fair price.

Highly highly recommend,not just saying this,lovely men,very understanding,I have a disabled child who gets disturbed around work men,they worked around my children's times,very affordable,won't rob ur money and do crap work that falls to pieces in a few months,don't take advantage,not pushy,very high standard of work,gutted I didn't find them sooner tbh,I have had a very tough time in the past with home maintenance work by builders,I can now get my jobs done around my house without any drama,I'm at peace now, I honestly feel like a weight lifted off my shoulders,my daughter has severe meltdowns and she trashes my house then I need to fix it,that's when some builders take advantage charge a fortune do a crap job, sorry I can go on. Like I said high standard of work for reasonable prices, I have been wanting to get my skylight done for 12 years now and I can say it's all complete now thanks to steward's property development &maintenance 👍

We needed some urgent work in our bathroom to be completed in a very short time frame. Rodgen came up with a solution and completed the work very quickly and, more importantly, very competently at a reasonable price.

We had Rodgen come and do the work, he was informative and did the job well, our original shower was stuck on a really hot temperature and after he changed it for the new one we bought it works as it should, the price was very reasonable as had much higher quotes, one even telling us to go somewhere else. I recently hired Rodgen and the team to strip wallpaper and paint my house. It turned out to be a more difficult job than we first anticipated, and took a little bit longer than they thought, but they worked so hard, and the result was great. The Cleanme Team are amazing. I had hired them a few times no and they have never let me down. Rather than hiring a stranger and being worried about who will turn up, I can trust the CleanMe team. I recently hired them to undertake half a day of odd jobs. The guy turned up on time, was polite, helpful, skilled and cleaned up after each job.
