Blessing and Eunice have both provided excellent waking night care and also day time support for my adult son over the last two years plus. What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is being able to connect with people in the community and making a meaningful difference. Whether it's sparking curiosity, lending a helping hand, or simply sharing a laugh, every interaction feels like a unique opportunity to learn and grow together. I'm also fascinated by getting to know people in the community needing support and explore ways of how I can be of use to make a positive impact towards someone's life there's never a dull moment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am motivated by the desire for independence, the opportunity to solve a problem and I am passionate about the chance to make a positive impact on the community. With all the experience, knowledge and expertise I have acquired over the years, I feel it was the right time I focused on starting and growing my own business as my goals are to look at providing individualized good quality care to the people in the community and I want to create something unique.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In the event of an outbreak or should any of staff feel unwell with Covid-19 or any other outbreaks, we encourage our staff to isolate at home and as precautionary measure all the other staff will wear P.P.E that is face masks, washing their hands, provide sanitizers and wearing of aprons.
We also complete employee health screenings as part of the recruitment process.
