I can't comment on the quality of work since 9 months on we're still not off the ground. He said we needed to give it some time for the render to dry before commencing the paint job but never contacted me and I had to chase him up. Then on the day of the job no one turned up. I have being waiting for
Scott Warman Managing Director of Stealth Exterior Solutions Ltd since last September is yet to get back to me with a solution for the mess that his team has made on all of my windows.
The majority of the doors and windows glass were totally scratched by his team. The scratches are so imbedded in the glass that several of the panes are damaged beyond repair and the gas in between the double glass in has leaked. This has resulted in the glass will have to be replaced.
He does not respond to the situation which has been made by his team. Written requests or telephone calls are ignored.
On their website it states they guarantee all work which is carried out. My experience is that they fall short of this statement. More...

They will not be carrying out the work until the end of August. Both people with whom I have spoken have been polite and hjelpful

Will not answer phone or email broke contract by not returning my deposit

Very pleased with finished result. Job was originally quoted as taking 4 days but because of a couple of hiccups and of course the fabulous British weather it took 2 weeks to complete. After nearly two months my work has still not been completed. I know the weather has a lot to do with it which I totally understand but it was nice today when they should have come but didn't turn up with NO phone call to explain and did not answer my phone message. I am so disappointed.

After 7phone calls I got no reply decking came away raisers came way they seemed they took money that was all they wanted they did promise to fix it in early feb but they did not turn up think hard before you use this company.

Scott visited, listened to what I wanted, made a few suggestions and we agreed.

I was impressed with their familiarity with the tasks we discussed, their lucidity and claimed back record. However, it is more relevant to seek a report when they have completed the job scheduled to start and complete in four days in the middle of January.
