I have just completed 3 months of coaching from Paul and I have to say that during those 3 months of training I have never enjoyed or looked forward more to having a coaching session as I did with Paul. Going into the start of the coaching I had reservations of what I was going to achieve during it however, after the first session I instantly knew that this was going to be a great journey. Paul proved to be such a positive coach who really got me to think about who I am and what I can achieve and this was all done with such positive energy coming from Paul. I love to see leaders learn what’s possible, push the boundaries of their potential and make the changes they want to make in their careers. I get a real buzz out of helping leaders make those changes to fulfil their career aspirations and potential.

After a rich corporate career I knew there was more I could offer, further potential to explore and I needed a new challenge in the next stage of my career. I wanted to help others to develop their careers, something I had always excel at in the corporate arena and I wanted the variety in the work I did. In making my own career transition in to more of a portfolio career consisting of consulting, executive coaching and non-executive roles that gave me the confidence to really focus in supporting others. I love it, should have done this years ago and the portfolio lifestyle is pretty amazing too.

I have spent the last 35 years leading big teams and even bigger change programmes for globally-minded Fortune 500 businesses, so I know how to get the best out of people. Whether as a Non-Executive Director, or as Senior Leader, I have had a long and successful career that’s been focused on helping high-performing leaders and their teams to deliver.

I have coached talented individuals from all walks of life, from executive level C-suite leaders, directors, senior leaders and field managers to front-line colleagues. I have supported their decision-making during change, and challenged them to grow and uncover the potential they might never have seen in themselves. I’m good at what I do because I have walked in the shoes of the people I want to help, giving me unique insights into what it’s like to strive for success at the top of an organisation.

I provide most of the services online through Zoom or Teams but equally happy to complete Face to Face assignments in suitable location.
