What do you love most about your job?
I love to see leaders learn what’s possible, push the boundaries of their potential and make the changes they want to make in their careers. I get a real buzz out of helping leaders make those changes to fulfil their career aspirations and potential.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After a rich corporate career I knew there was more I could offer, further potential to explore and I needed a new challenge in the next stage of my career. I wanted to help others to develop their careers, something I had always excel at in the corporate arena and I wanted the variety in the work I did. In making my own career transition in to more of a portfolio career consisting of consulting, executive coaching and non-executive roles that gave me the confidence to really focus in supporting others. I love it, should have done this years ago and the portfolio lifestyle is pretty amazing too.
