About

I am a private London Yoga Teacher. I have been teaching yoga for the last 23 years. I offer private yoga lessons in the comfort of your own home. I cover Sivananda yoga, Dharma yoga, Power Yoga, as well as Prenatal and Postnatal yoga. My classes are for everyone, from the absolute beginner to years of practice advanced yogis.

I came to London twenty years ago and I was lucky to meet Stanka as soon as I arrived. I had started to practice yoga in the USA shortly before that. Over the years she has helped me to stay fit and healthy -manage stress levels, improve my strength, flexibility and posture. Her dedication to my personal needs helped me recover from major surgery 5 years ago.
Stanka is a superb personal yoga teacher, I have worked with her twice a week since we met. Her own standard of yoga is very high - hugely impressive. She is very professional and has the client's best interests at heart. I travel a lot for work and we do personal sessions online at a time that is convenient for me
while I am away.
I can highly recommend Stanka as a yoga teacher to anyone looking for the best in class yoga instructor. You will benefit enormously from working with her and enjoy.
