Steven was great from the first interaction. He was polite, professional, easy to communicate with and came promptly to give a quote. There was no chasing to get the quote and delivered in a timely manner. He has since fitted a new combi boiler, bathroom radiator and taps for us. Some of which was an add on from the original job yet he still managed to fit these in for us to fit with our renovation timeline. The whole experience was great.
