Brilliant plumber - really knows his stuff. Punctual, polite and professional. Can't ask for more than that! We will be using Duran Plumbing for all our plumbing requirements for the future :)

Mr Duran arrived in good time and got to work straight away, repairing the flush.
He then attended to the boiler for the service and cleaned the filter. He noticed that the time on the controller was wrong so he correct it.
He also informed me that the Co2 monitor was put of date. Mr Duran also cleared the slow drain on the bathroom sink without me asking.
He maintained covid guidelines and was polite throughout the appointment. He offered suggestions around heating for me to consider.

Engineer arrived on time and was polite and courteous. When I had made an appointment with him a month ago, I had booked with him a month ago for boiler service and asked him to also look at our kitchen leaking tap which he kindly did without any additional cost. Very knowledgable, quick response and convenient time for the boiler service, will use again.

Spoke to Mr Duran on telephone prior to his visit and was impressed with his knowledge and understanding of my problem and the detail he went into in solving said problem. On his arrival he worked quietly and efficiently, replacing faulty components and then replaced old wiring with new and all within the hour and at a very competitive price. Most impressed!
