How long have you been in business?
Our quality care home has been established for 40 years and our home care/ domiciliary has been supporting people for 30 years.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
If a client requires equipment for Movinf and Handling then we would support our clients to have an OT assessment and thy would support and maintain this equipment. Cleaning products would be supplied by the client.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing a client gaining back their independence and benefitting from the care they receive. It is important to us to fit our services in around our clients wishes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We could see that as there was only mainly nursing care at the time we openned our care home and clients who were more independant weren't getting the time they needed. We established Spring Cottages Residential home based on this. We started our home care service after we realised that people were able to be supported for longer in their own homes, sometimes with a small package of care and sometime with 24 hour support.

Both of our teams are friendly, well trained, DBS checked and able to taylor our service to your needs. We work closely with you to provide the level of service that best suites you.

No, unfortunately our services are an in-person service only.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have worked extremely hard on our infection control, not just for Covid-19 but for all contageous diseases. We have full PPE that our carers carry with them at all times.
