Greg from SPG was amazing, from the initial consultation over the phone to installation and hand over. Greg gave me a high level of confidence from the start and he did not disappoint me at any stage of the install. His work is very tidy and he cleans up after himself. Fantastic service. Very happy with everything from start to finish!

It was a tricky job to fit air con in our bedroom. We live in a four storey town house and there are restrictions on using scaffolding and also the appearance of the building from the outside. Greg and his team completed the job in one day, using a cherry picker instead of scaffolding, and encasing all the exterior pipes and wires in trunking which matched the drain pipes.
The system fitted is quiet and effective at solving the heat problem of a south facing bedroom with a large window area and a flat roof.
The whole process from getting the quote to completing the job was very professional and we would have no hesitation in recommending SPG. More...

I was recommended SPG from a work colleague and also by seeing the work they had done for him. Which i must say was first class.
So i contacted Greg about fitting me a home A/C system he gave me straight and honest answers to all my Q's with this info i decided to go ahead and have him fit me a split system.

Right from the first contact we found Greg to be very helpful and friendly. He kept us up to date with timings before his initial survey visit. When we agreed to go ahead, he gave us a date for installation, then rang again when he was able to fit us in a week early! Installation went very smoothly, both Greg and (sorry, can’t remember his name) his mate were cheerful, friendly and took plenty of time to explain how the unit works. Shame we didn’t go for the deluxe package which no doubt would’ve included some nice warm weather to fully test our air conditioning!
