In giving holistic care, It is sometimes inevitable to ignore unexpected essential activities of daily living like shopping (online /in person), companionship, help picking up medications from the pharmacy or even reassurance over the phone during the course of our duty. These needs might necessitate care plan reviews if needed regularly.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Proactive stringent infection control measures have been put in place especially on initial assessments, recruitment and daily visits. Training and the use of appropriate personal protective Equipment (PPE) has also been implemented. Adhere to National and Local infection control and operational policies and SOP's.

To empower the patient to be the best possible in all aspects of life. Assist patients with their everyday living activities to improve their health. To give holistic BioPsychoSocioSpiritual care to patients in need. This can only be delivered by specially selected enthusiastic compassionate carers with the attitude -to do to their patients as they would want the patients to do to them if the roles change.
