Negligent incompetence throughout, all leading to this builder's insolvency towards the end of the project with numerous defects in the build quality that will take 1000's of pounds to correct. Other clients are going through the same thing, I hear. Could not keep to the payment plan as per the contract from the first month of the project and that should have been our first red flag.
