Domiciliary Care (Call-in and live-in options)
The Domiciliary care service will cater for those with long-term illness and conditions such as learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental ill health. It is designed to enable their recovery or coping with their conditions through the provision of person-centred support and/or care. The service involves a combination of calls-in and live-in options.
We support service users through:
Enabling and supporting,
Personal Care,
Recovery and/or coping skills,
Re- enablement and recovery (step down services),
Access to healthcare and treatments,
Access to a healthy diet,
Support to complete activities of daily living,
Maintenance of independence as much as possible,
