Daisy and her colleague did an end-of-tenancy clean for me in a buy-to-let flat of mine in SW London yesterday. They did this superbly. The tenant had left the flat in an appalling state. I wanted to get it looking as clean as possible before calling in a builder to refurbish the flat. Daisy and Sarah have made it look infinitely better. They are also motivated and cheerful people facing up with enthusiasm to a challenging area of work. Daisy and Sarah are super friendly, only took them 3 hours to clean a 2b2b flat, they were super efficient and the flat looks fantastic, will definitely contact them again when in need.

Friendly, did a good job even though they neglected a few items (like the polystyrene support under the fridge which could have used a clean).

It was great and awesome cleaning and having the best equipment and liquid for cleaning. They also care about small details and get it clean. They were very friendly.

They are very nice and chatty, but when it comes to cleaning… they are not great! They didn’t even clean the hair on the floor, and they promised to send a video before they leave but when I asked there was no reply whatsoever, they just disappeared

I would highly recommend this company for an end of tenancy clean. They were really easy to make a booking with, Daisy was very helpful on the phone, and was accommodating that I couldn’t be there in person to let the cleaners in, and contacted my brother (who could be there) to update him on their arrival. The cleaners put in extra effort to clean surfaces the landlord/other tenants have neglected over the last 6years, and it looked as clean as a flat in need of a good lick of paint can look!
