Replied quickly to request and arranged visit. However first week apologised and said new worker hadn't received DBS. Accepted this as things can go wrong. however this week telephone call to state they didn't have anyone to cover area - complete waste of 2 weeks More...

I'm sorry you have felt like that. I did explain to you I've requested all my staff, and they didn't want to do 1 hour. They said it's not worth it for them to travel that far.
