I am sorry to leave a review like this. A woman contacted me in response to my request. Agreed with a price (£350) she asked for deep cleaning including oven and carpet cleaning of a detached house. 2 young females turned up though I was told there would be 3 or more cleaners. Started cleaning the kitchen. The woman who booked the job disappeared 3 times saying different reasons. Then turned up after more than an hour later at each time. Not cleaned any of the rooms or kitchen properly. Bathrooms/toilets were not cleaned properly. Left the oven untouched. Asked for full payment after a couple of hours of starting the job. Contacted the same woman and raised the issues. She agreed to come back but never turned up or contacted me. Absolute bogus people. I really wonder how can they be such unprofessionals. Hi im really sorry to see a review like this, regardless of how many ladies turned up the cleaning got done top to bottom once the cleaning was done you was told to check everything and you and your wife was happy, you your wife and son checked the full property before we left we waited Patiently for you guys to check everything and you was happy with it and once everything was checked you paid me afterwards, i tell all clients to raise any concern before we leave or at least within 24 hours , you called me 6 days later to then tell me that there was places that wasnt done? But you checked everywhere while i was there and quite bezar to ring 6 days later im really sorry you aint happy but me and my team delieverd a high standard you pay for the job doing also not for how many people turn up again i am sorry and i hate to see my clients unhappy Also if your in and out of a property dust and water marks ect build back up within days especially if your moving into a property

I hate to put bad reviews, but I paid £338 for a deep clean that lasted 2 hours, areas you did well, and areas not touched, I was left wondering what a deep clean meant, I had others in to look as I wanted opinions, none which was good, you said it would only take a few hrs as you had about 4 pple on it, when infact there was just 2. All my WiFi was unplugged, which left us having to drive from Manchester to cleveleys costing us extra in petrol to plug it back in. the house was empty so cameras wouldn't work. I hate to moan, but this wasn't worth it in the slightest. Put me off using a cleaner in the future. Sorry Shania but just wasn't good enough. More...

Im sorry about this lisa but your oven clean was £45 and the general clean was £35 has most general cleans is £35 and your microwave cleaned was £10 has it does not include on general cleans im sorry you wasnt happy, you got a lot of seprate jobs which made to the £90 has if you just wanted the general clean it would of only been £35
