I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to Gezim who has a massive heart of gold. My partner has leukaemia and due to the chemotherapy treatment was left paralysed from the chest down consequently the neuro physiotherapist would not discharge my partner as they insisted ramps were constructed so my partner could gain access to our house. All it took was one phone call on a Friday morning and Gezim came round to measure up for materials that evening. On Saturday Gezim returned and all the materials to construct the ramps. Gezim and His Team are absolute stars. They removed doors for us,moved beds back upstairs and even replaced Broken fence panels, they were absolutely brilliant. And as a result of the work being completed so quickly my partner was discharged on Monday afternoon we were so happy.I asked for an invoice but was told there was no charge.So once again Gezim Matoshi and Space Above we thank you so much for everything you have done it just go’s to show you cannot tar every building company with the same brush. Large extension and total refurbishment of house
Space Above undertook a large extension with new roof, attic conversion and total refurbishment of the whole house, over a period of 11 months.

We provided architectural plans for a new garage with a challenging roof: he produced a buildable and elegant solution.
On this and a subsequent rendering project, the site was always safe, tidy and thoughtful of others.
Deliveries were made in good time so the work proceeded smoothly.
Gezim and his team were all proficient, hardworking and open to informed discussion with us when some detail needed thinking through. Their solutions always brought improvements.
They were also, all of them, pleasant, friendly, helpful and good to have around.
Detailed prices were provided both in advance and quickly in response to changes we requested during the work. The invoices were as expected and dealt with in a business-like way.

Be structurally sound , have a dump proof course ,have it insulation and all electrics and safety test

Building controll , Structure checks , damp proof and memrane , insulation , electricals and heat , boarding and plastering , safety test and final certificates from building controll authority

Measuring the Hight , minimum floor to ceiling 2.2m
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Health and safety checks , Drawings and calculations in place , secure the working aria, secure and electricals or plumbing work by qualifyid poeple !
Remove existing structure to allow new structure and steel beams in place , build floors , walls , roofs ,
Insulate all walls ceiling and floors as per building regs
Fix new electricals and plumbing and test from qualifyid poeple
Building controll and Inspection stage by stage allway to the final check
