What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the difference a properly installed air conditioning system can make in someone’s home or workspace—especially in the UK where it’s still a bit of a novelty. Helping people stay comfortable all year round, whether it’s keeping cool in summer or warm in winter, is genuinely rewarding. Plus, no two days are the same, and I enjoy the hands-on work and meeting new people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in the industry and seeing how things were done, I knew I could offer something better—more personal, more honest, and more focused on quality. I started South West Cooling Co. to bring a higher standard of service to domestic air conditioning in the South West. I wanted to give customers peace of mind by doing things the right way, with care and transparency.
