Matt contacted me the day that I made the initial enquiry with Bark and informed me what he could do and how it would work.
This was great because so many companies never get back to you following an enquiry. I arranged to ring him when it was nearer to the day for him to come and assess what needed clearing.
I arranged a time for Matt to come to my Mothers house to give me an estimate, he was able to come earlier than arranged, we agreed a price for the work and he arranged to come back later to clear the items. This he did with minimal disturbance to my 89 year old Mother which was ideal. He later sent me a photograph of the goods removed, job done. I was really impressed with the service given by Matt and would recommend him to anyone else looking to have any house clearance carried out.
