Solid clean cancelled our End of Tenancy appointment (which was booked a month in advance) 2hrs before the scheduled appointment time and the said the next appointment available is 6 days from the original appointment.

Hello There, Sometimes things happen that are out of our control. In this case, our team member informed us with less than 24 hours’ notice that she wouldn’t be able to attend your booking. This put us in a very difficult position, especially as we were already fully booked with other clients. We didn’t have availability to rebook you for the next day, which is why we offered you either another date or a full refund. Your issue wasn’t caused by the cancellation itself our policy allows for cancellations in serious situations and we explained this to you clearly. You asked us to send someone else, but we only work with trained cleaners who are part of our own team. The real problem was that after the cancellation, you struggled to find another company that could offer the same cheap price we did. We understand it’s not easy to get both low prices and a good level of quality and experience in cleaning. Still, we hope you found a company that could provide the service you needed
